Multi-Surface Cleaner Refills: Lemongrass, Citrus and Lavender, Mixed at Home

A good spray bottle can be used for years. Our multi-surface cleaner refills let you keep the bottle and just replace what is inside: pour in a refill, add water, and you are cleaning again. Here is how our refills work, what is in them, and which scent to pick.

Each refill is pre-measured and ultra-concentrated ¹. You mix it with 16 ounces of water in your own spray bottle ¹. The spray bottle is not included, so reuse one you already have, like the bottle from our citrus multi-surface cleaner ².

Because the refill is concentrated, the water comes from your own tap instead of being shipped to you in a bottle.

Swirl, do not shake hard, so the cleaner does not foam up in the bottle. That is all there is to it. Give the bottle a quick rinse between refills, and it keeps spraying smoothly for a long time.

• Lemongrass is the simplest: just lemongrass, fresh and green ³.
• Citrus is orange, grapefruit and lemongrass, made for counters, tables and glass ¹.
• Lavender is lavender, patchouli and lemongrass, a calmer clean for bathrooms and bedrooms ⁴.

Every scent does double duty. It cleans hard surfaces and freshens the room while you work, like an air freshener ¹. Use it on hard surfaces like counters, tables and glass. Spray, wipe with a clean cloth, and you are done.

The first cleanser on the list is caprylyl/capryl glucoside, a gentle man-made cleanser, working alongside real soap made from olive and coconut oils ¹. Glycerin, washing soda (sodium carbonate), sodium citrate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium sulfate round it out, plus the essential oils ¹. We list every ingredient on each product page, heaviest first ¹.

We make it with biodegradable ingredients, to be safe for families and the environment ¹. There is no mineral oil and no petroleum ¹. It is vegan and made by hand in Kalamazoo, like the rest of our line. One thing to know: this is a cleaner, not pure soap. Real soap is part of it, but the gentle glucoside cleanser does a lot of the work.
